Dear Aisling and family,
I heard about Sinead’s death through an old school connection. I’m so sorry for you all.
Gráinne (school friend of Aisling from Sandymount)
I am so sad to hear of Sinead’s passing. A wonderful teacher who openly shared her knowledge and inspired so many on a path of self discovery. Thinking of Sinead’s family, friends, students and all those who mourn her. Thank you Sinead for the times we shared on the mat. x
I regularly attended Sinead's yoga classes at a time when her mellow and grounding teaching was a balm for my anxious body and mind. She was a talented, intuitive, and dedicated teacher. I also knew Sinead through tango dancing and from living in the same area. Whenever we met, we'd have a chat that went far beyond the superficial things! Sinead struck me as being on a mission to really understand life and herself, which seemed to put her in touch with the beauty of life, an inspiring quality for those who knew her.
I'd like to offer my sincere condolences to Sinéad's family and friends - especially to her parents and siblings. I met Sinéad through volunteering on Vipassana meditation courses. May she rest in peace.
Una notizia tristissima.. Le mie più sincere condoglianze a tutti i tuoi cari, riposa in pace Sinead..

May she rest in peace

Thinking of beautiful Sinead and the many happy times we shared in Dublin and San Francisco in the 1990s. She was a true friend, so kind and so much fun. I'm so shocked and sad to hear that she is no longer with us. We watched the funeral on the webcam this morning as we are away travelling and it was a very lovely tribute to a wonderful person. May she Rest in Peace.
Such a lovely turnout today of the 'old' original Dublin Yogis, Sinéad would have loved to be there. So shocked when I heard the news, as I would see her most mornings in Belgrave Square. We moved apart in business, but remained friends. She was a lovely layer of spirituality over the years in Yoga Dublin. Om Shanti.

I am so saddened by this news I have known Sinead from our early days of teaching yoga but we had many connections beyond this. Our most recent conversations were always about our introvert.. extravert personalities that we could have a a laugh about, but also gave us a deeper understanding of each other. A most beautiful kind and graceful soul.
