So very sad to hear of Siobhan's passing. Although I did not meet her very often, I always remember how she made me feel, that what I had to say was of value. A lovely woman, with a devilish sense of humour who will be much missed. Condolences to her family and friends.

So sad to hear that Siobhan has left us. She was an inspiration to me for community development and primary healthcare. We are so sorry to hear of the very sad passing of Siobhán.
Siobhan was a friend of Mayfield CDP for a number of decades. Her gentle approach and nature was matched by her firm and powerful ability to fight for equality, justice and the promotion of social inclusion.
It was a great privilege for Mayfield CDP to be present at the Lord Mayor's Civic Awards event in City Hall a couple of weeks ago to witness Siobhan being acknowledged for her contribution to community development. . May the memories we have of her over the years, bring joy to our lives and her legacy. May Siobhan rest in peace.

To wonderful Siobhán's partner, Tina, family and friends, I wish to offer my sincere condolences. I had the great honour and pleasure of knowing Siobhán through community development work for many years. Her legacy will live long.

Siobhan touched countless lives and left an indelible mark on so many people. The celebration of life for Siobhan in the Glucksman was moving, personal and a fitting tribute to someone who was fortunate to mean so much to so many people. Rest in peace.

On behalf of the staff and students of the Community Development programme, MTU, I wish to offer my condolences to Tina, the wider O'Dowd family and the staff of the Ballypehane CDP, a project Siobhan dedicated a lifetime of work to, and her fellow activists. Siobhan taught on our programme many years back and continued links with the programme through student placements and programme reviews. Siobhan epitomised what Community Education is, and demonstrated, with a quiet integrity how those that work in the community can be involved in the transformation of the lives of those who have come to believe that the education is not theirs. Siobhan championed social justice. We must keep her light burning. Rest in peace Siobhan.
