Sending our deepest condolences to the O’Neill family. Siobhán took my father, John Curtin, under her wing when he moved into Youghal Community Hospital last year. They spoke as gaeilge together. Siobhán had a wonderful smile & energy that could light up a room. I know that she brightened up my Dad’s transition to Youghal and I very much enjoyed my chats with her whenever I visited him. My Dad shared how she spoke of her family with so much love. May she rest in peace.

I am very sorry to hear of Siobhán's passing - she taught Irish language classses at The London Irish Womens' Centre many decades ago. She was one class lady and beloved of all who worked there. I recall her speak about health issues her husband developed from work hazards - at the time it was fairly new issue and things have moved on a lot since then. I hadn't seen her in years but remember her fondly; a colleague in London sent me a message to say she had passed. May her beautiful soul rest in peace. I will light a candle ad for her and say a prayer - god bless you Siobhán. Beanachtaí.

To Siobhain's Family I offer my sincere and deepest condolences on the passing of Siobhain. Willie or Liam as he was known by was a cousin of my Mam R.I.P. I have memories of Liam and Siobhain calling to my mums house in Mallow. On one occasion my brothers and i had just got ready for bed when they arrived and they took our photo with polaroid camera and the photo came out straight away we were in complete awe. That photo is still around. My grandmother Julia Neville always wrote to liam and Siobhain she was very fond of both of them. I send my thoughts and prayers and will remember both of them in my prayers. Unfortunately i am not able to attend as i am away.

May Siobhain rest in perfect peace. And be united with Liam.

Siobhan was an inspirational lady who loved Ireland; our native language; music, song, dance and arts .
Siobhan was the driving force behind the establishment of the Faculty of Irish Studies at the North London Polytechnic, 1980's.

Beloved husband Liam and Siobhan stood shoulder to shoulder for Ireland in London.
Those of us lucky enough to get to know Siobhan and Liam will treasure that time forever.
