A Light That Still Shines.

Some people walk into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts. Sr. Angela, you are one of such rare souls. You didn't just teach but inspired, nurtured, and believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. I still remember those Latin Classes!!!
Words of gratitude are not enough to express my heartfelt appreciation for having you as one of my teachers. I thank God for having you a part of my life's journey on earth.

Rest in peace, Sr. Angela.
Rest in peace, beautiful soul.
Continue to rest in the Lord's bossom.

Lots of love.
My dearest sister! You had always been that person I ran to when I felt lost and out of place in school. You always had the kindest and most reassuring words for me. Thank you so much for lifting me up when I was down. For the strength I never knew i had. I will miss you. Rest in peace Sister Angela.
Our lovely Sister Angela. Always soft spoken, loving and caring to all your students. I was blessed to spend some quality time with you last March 2024 after 32 years. You remembered all your students which is a testament to your care, affection and attention to all you met and taught.
Rest in peace with God and the angels.
Dear Sr. Angela,

My mother, younger sister, and I had the good fortune of being your students at Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School, Mankon, Cameroon. Your gentle, soft-spoken, and angelic demeanor was a balm to everyone who met you, and you treated all with kindness. Your memory was legendary—I am still amazed that over 20 years after she left OLLSS, you saw my mother and immediately called her by name.

We are grateful to God and your family for the privilege of knowing you, even though it meant you spent so many years far from home.

Rest easy, Ma Angé. May the good Lord, through the intercession of His Blessed Mother—whom you served all your life—grant you peaceful rest after a life well lived and a remarkable legacy left behind.
My heartfelt condolences on the passing of our beloved QRC Okoyong, Mamfe, school principal, Reverend Sister Angela. Her leadership, kindness, and dedication to education have left an enduring impact on our school community. She will be deeply missed but always remembered for her wisdom and compassion. May her soul rest in eternal peace. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone mourning this great loss.
Oh! Our Sr Angela,

So calm and focused, but result-oriented.

I still remember you coming down from your office to the assembly ground of the QRC OKOYONG girls. Yes, I also remember you sitting quietly behind your office desk with a lovely smile.

One aspect I always remembered you for, was your empathy towards anyone suffering from toothache.

You recounted how you once suffered from an aching tooth and would never wished anyone to suffer same.

So , each time any girl had toothache, you never hesitated to grant permission to go home.

The memory of you may date decades back , but this gives more reason to thank the Lord for granting you such a long and fulfilling life.

Adieu beloved Sr Angela. May the light of your gentle governance across several schools in Cameroon continue to light up our hearts each time we think of you!
You will be missed, but forever in our hearts 🙏🏽as we celebrate 🎊 your life as part of your legacy.
Nathalia
Rest in peace sister Magie. You will always be in our hearts 💕

Sr. Angela, you lived a well fulfilled life and we are so grateful for all the lessons and values you instilled in us your students in our lady of Lourdes college Cameroon. You actually interviewed me to gain admission into the school and gave me the novel "oliver twist " to read and respond to some questions. You were always gentle and caring in everything you did. We visited you in Sutton Cross and Raheny a few times and each time i was amazed and challenge of how great you could remember a lot at your age. RIP Sister Angela. Vera, Beri, Bime. Njolai

I remember Sister Angela with fondness for her motherly love and care as my Fatima House Mistress when I first got to Our Lady of Lourdes College, Mankon Bamenda. Her motherly nature earned her the name Ma’Ange. Visiting her in Dublin some years ago was a joy as we reminisced about Lourdes, her memory was impeccable.
Rest in peace our beloved Ma’Ange. You will be forever remembered as one of those who shaped our lives in those formative years. May the angels welcome you home to your heavenly reward.

Rest thee well
Rest well dear Sister Angela.

Our gentle soft spoken Literature teacher . Will always carry wonderful and treasured memories of her teaching me Literature ; Shakespeare & Poems with memorable quotes. She was One of my favorite teachers and I always looked forward to her classes.

She had good innings , and though she was cloistered in sisterhood she got to adventure into Africa and meet thousands of students whose young minds she impacted .

Her job was done well. I thank her for the knowledge she imparted, for the pleasant demeanor that made her easy to talk to and for being a great teacher .

May flights of Angels sing her to rest !

My sincere condolences to all who are shaken by the passing on of our beloved Sr Angela Morgan (Ma Angie) as we fondly called her from our school days. May our faith in the resurrection carry us all through this time of bereavement.
I am in pain at the reality of her passing yet filled with gratitude to God for a life well lived. I celebrate the gift she has been to so many of us and I thank God for a fulfilled life!
Sr Angela left Ireland filled with zeal for the missions and in the Spirit of our founder, she impacted so many lives in Nigeria and Cameroon, mine being one of those! She was a great teacher, a compassionate and soft spoken mother to many. She was the patient vocation directress who helped me along with late Sr Gay McNamara to find my vocation in MSHR. I am glad I got the chance to say thank you to her especially the day before her 92nd birthday when she lay there in hospital.
May the choirs of angels come to receive her soul and present her to God the Most High. May her good deeds go before her and her love and devotion to our Blessed Mother. May she rest in peace. In her, I have a new angel in heaven. Her memories will live on in my heart and her examples I will continue to strive to emulate. You legacy lives on and your journey across miles from Ireland to Cameroon was not in vain. Rest well dear mother for the night ifs far gone!
