My sincerest condolences to Sinead, Denise and the extended families at this incredibly sad and difficult time.
Sonny was a great character who was loved by many, he lit up the room with his wit, laughter and he always had the banter. There was always a story to tell or a memory to recall.
Sonny was always appreciated for his support to his fellow publicans and I have many good memories of him around the 98 bar and the friendships had with my family.
May your Rest In Peace Sonny.

I met him just a few months ago in Ballinamuck and as always we exchanged friendly words and had the craic as we talked about life and what was going down.
