Sincere sympathy to Margaret and the extended Mooney family on the passing of Sr. Alicia. May she rest in peace.
I would like to offer my Condolences to Sr. Alicia’s family and the Dominican Community. I met her when on holiday with my husband in Lisbon in 2011. We called in, unannounced, to the Convento de Nossa Senhora de Bon Sucesso. I told her I was a former pupil in the Dominican school, Cabra, Dublin and that I was very interested to know about the Dominicans and the beautiful convent in Lisbon. Sr. Alicia brought us in around the convent and gardens and told us the history of it and how the nuns came to be there. She was gracious and kind and could not have been any more accommodating to us. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Condolences to all Sr Alisha’s family and friends and special thoughts and prayers for her Dominican family. She was one of the most gracious and gentle people I ever met. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

To my caring wonderful Godmother. I always said her prayers for us were like miracles. I loved as a kid reading from her holy bible and spending that time with her. It was so special to me.
She leaves a big hole in all our hearts now. But she is happy in the arms of God. Where she gave her life to be with God now she is there with him.
