Very sorry to hear of the sad passing of Annie, whom I have many wonderful memories of in St Frances Terrace and Fr. Murphys Sq. Annie was an out and out tomboy who always joined in hurling matches between ourselves and held her own in the clashes with the boys. She was also a very funny character and was hugely popular with everyone she knew and memories of Annie will be long and lasting with the many friends she shared here in Kilkenny. May her beautiful soul rest in eternal peace. Noel

Our sincere condolences to Sr. Anne’s sister, Carmel, to the extended family and to her sisters in the Holy Family, especially Sr. Catherine. Sr. Anne is fondly remembered by the teachers and students in the Curragh Post-Primary School in the 1980’s whom she served and taught so well.

Sr Annie was such a lovely lady to have known,Annie became a friend to me when I regularly called to maintain TV equipment at the convent, always willing to help ensuring that everything was working for the benefit of her community a tribute to her kind and caring soul, forever enquiring about new technologies and demonstrating new apps on her phone made Annie great company to be with. Always in jovial mood and of good humour no visit was complete with out checking in with Annie. Her passing is such a loss and will she be sadly missed may her gentle soul now rest in peace.
