Sincere condolence to Sr Brigid's family and to her colleagues at Social Justice Ireland. It was my very great privelege to have met and worked with Brigid many years ago. A wonderful, humble, powerhouse of a woman. RIP.

We are greatly saddened at the passing of Brigid. We had the privilege to know her over many years and have always been deeply humbled by her remarkable and selfless work on behalf of social justice. Together with Fr Sean Healy Brigid fearlessly, yet quietly, set out a huge agenda for change over many years in publications and learned contributions. It has been an enormous privilege to know her and share her company. We will miss her greatly. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
