Dear Chrissie,

I have such fond memories of your visits to my grandparents, Kate and Tom. There was always such excitement when you were due to stay, including the best China tea cups making an appearance! I remember feeling proud that Nan had trusted me to take you and your friend into town to buy some bread - it seems silly to think of it now but shows how much you and your stays with the family meant to all. My fondest memory was the love and kindness you gave to me after Nan passed away. I will always be grateful.

We have today - 12 May - learned of the passing of Aunt Chrissie. It is sad news. She was a kind and gentle soul who stayed with our family - her brother Tom and Kate - on many occasions. We enjoyed our lovely visit with her at the convent and send our heartfelt thanks for their care of her, together with our condolences. I was very saddened to learn of the passing of Sr Christina. During our cups of tea in the convent after the Parish Novena, I had many great conversations with her. She was gentle, kind, interesting and welcoming. To her extended family and to the Holy Family community I want to offer you my heartfelt condolences. God bless Sr Christina.

Aunty Chrissy, we deeply feel your absence. Your laughter, love, and faith in Jesus lit up our lives. Your words, whether written, spoken, or in person, wrapped us in warmth and bridged any distance between us.

My mother, Denise, gently shares, "This morning, I saw her face in the sunlight. Then I heard an angel say, 'Her work on earth is complete.'"

Your presence at Grandma Peggy and Grandad Larry's gatherings brought laughter and love to our family. You meant the world to us, and we cherish the lovely memories we shared. Though we deeply feel your absence, we're comforted knowing you're watching over us from heaven. Your love and resilience guide us through life's journey. Grandma, my mother, sister, nephews, myself and the entire family will dearly miss you.

Rest peacefully in heaven with my Grandad, Uncle Paul, and Great-Grandma. While we'll miss you deeply, our hearts take comfort in the hope of reuniting one day.

We sincerely thank The Holy Sisters Convent, including those from Ireland and France, for their compassionate care of our Aunt Christina. You hold a special place in our hearts, and we ask you to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Sincere Sympathy to the Holy Family Sister’s and family on the death of Sr. Christina. Thinking of the many wonderful encounters I had from her days in Sonas Chríost to moving down to the Convent. One particular memory comes to mind on one of my visits, that I must be tired after driving all that way from Carlow to light 2 candles for Mass. We laughed for weeks. Christina, you fought the good fight and won the race, may you now sleep in peace, reunited with family in the glory of Heaven.

Our family is saddened to hear of the passing of our Aunty Sr Christina Richardson. She was the most precious Sister in law to our mam (Peggy) and dearest sister to our late Dad (Larry). Aunty to us and our dearest late little brother (Paul).
We have special memories of you that will always bring a smile to our faces. If we could only have you back for just a little while to just sit and talk like the good old days, which meant so much to us all. You have always meant so much to our family. When our dad passed away, the fact that we still had you in our hearts and lives gave us great comfort. The fact that you are no longer here to take our Mams phone calls and make each other smile daily will always cause us pain. You we're a dear aunty to us filled with love and laughter. Whenever you could have the time to visit, you certainly packed in alot of fond memories, and so much laughter was had. You weren't just our Dad's sister. You we're our Mam's dearest friend too. We will all miss you very dearly. You will always and forever be in our hearts. Rest in peace, Aunty Chrissie. From your Sister in law Peggy, your late brother Larry, you're dearest nephews Laurence, Jarlath, Nigel, and you're late nephew Paul.
