My sincerest sympathy to the Holy Rosary Sisters and to her family on the sudden death of Conchita. I was privileged to work with her during the years she was president of CORI. Her deep faith and trust in the Providence of God enabled us to remain steadfast to our calling as Religious and support each other during difficult times. Her Leadership and discernment at that time was Gift to the Church.
Rest in peace Conchita.
Like so many I was deeply saddened to hear of Conchita’s sudden death. I offer to Franka, Paula, Colette and all her Holy Rosary Sisters and friends my heartfelt sympathy and prayers. I first met Conchita when she acted as facilitator at many meetings of our province during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Her gentle competence, her respect for everyone’s view, and her good humour guided us through those challenging times and empowered us to welcome change with joy. After a gap of several decades I was delighted to meet her again in Cabra in 2019 at the launch of my sister, Catherine’s book on the first ten professed Missionary Sisters of the Holy Rosary. Conchita was her warm, smiling self and gave me a great welcome. May you all be consoled by St Monica’s words: “Those whom we love who die go no further from us than to God and God is very near” .
With deepest sympathy
Sincere sympathy to Stephane, Michael and Holy Rosary Sisters on the death of Conchita. We have all lost a wonderful woman.

So sorry to hear of the sudden death of Conchita, deepest sympathy to her family and to the Holy Rosary Sisters. May she rest in peace.
Thank you Conchita, for being such an important part of my life and my family for the past 54 years, for your love and support, your never ending kindness and generosity and your genuine concern, the one of a kind greeting cards that always ended saying “a big hug to you”, the daily WhatsApp photos and inspirational messages and for being a living example to me always of how to love and care for others. You were a holy woman, a true Missionary Sister of the Holy Rosary with strong faith who always defended the causes of women. You were a strong leader and a gracious fundraiser and I will be forever grateful to you for all your prayers for me and for my family. You always put the needs of others before your own needs especially when you were ministering to the Sisters at Temple Road. It is appropriate that the Lord called you home when you were at the Benedictine Monastery with the Benedictine Monks who you loved, outside the Chapel where you prayed so often and you were meeting your God face to face on Ascension Thursday when the Angelus Bells were ringing. We now have an angel in heaven. I will miss you, Conchita, but I am so thankful for the gift of you in my life. Rest In Peace my dearest Conchita. My sincere condolences to Stephanie and to Michael and to all your family and to the Holy Rosary Sisters, especially to the Sisters in Conchita’s band who all joyfully celebrated your Diamond Jubilee just a few weeks ago.
I am heartbroken to hear that Sr Conchita has left this earth. May the angels bring her to God’s loving arms. We only just met but she made a huge impact on me.
Heaven has another saint!
Condolences to her congregation and her family.
Fondly remember Mary 'Chita" from her many visits over the years to Farmhill Road. Sincere sympathy to Stephanie, Michael and the Holy Rosary Community. May she rest in peace.
I had the great honor of meeting Sr. Conchita at a Hibernian convention nearly 4 years ago. In the time since she has become a great friend and spiritual mentor. I will miss her almost daily communication. I was blessed to have lunch with her and my sister and cousin this past Easter Sunday in Dublin. What a difference Sr. Conchita made in the lives of so many including mine. Rest In Peace and Love Sr. Conchita. I found it rather fitting you should go to our Lord on the Feast of the Ascension. Sincere condolences and prayers for her family, friends, and the Holy Rosary Sisters.
Our most sincere condolences to the family and religious community.

A wonderful person, Conchita will be greatly missed by so many. Although I met her just occasionally, she was always helpful and good to chat with and I know how valued she was by her friends. As she now takes flight, may Christ who called her, take her to his side and may those left behind be consoled by happy memories.
