Sincere sympathy to Donal and Noreen the extended Buckley Family and the Daughters of Charity on the sad passing of Sr Eileen. I first met her 34 years ago she had an incredible gift of helping people in the most unobtrusive way , indeed only after the crises had passed did one realise the Eileen had had your back. She was a very special friend to me , rest in peace Eileen.

I offer my sympathy to Noreen, Donal and the Buckley family on Sr. Eileen's death. I lived with Eileen in North William Street, Navan Road and Dalymount. I have many fond memories of good discussions, robust arguments and several hilarious moments, not to mention her driving! She taught two of my nephews to play cards, a penny a game! When visiting Con in Athlone, she visited my mother in Knock. It is sad that we could not celebrate her life with a wake. May you treasure all your memories of Eileen and may she rest in peace.

Lynn and I miss our dear sister who spent a lifetime helping others and never had a word to say against anyone but believed that God is taking care of us all. We corresponded for about 19 years, and her letters were always caring and uplifting, mixed with a wonderful sense of humour. She treated me with great kindness which I have never forgotten. Eileen always finished her letter with "let us continue to pray for each other" and I shall conitnue to remember her in prayer and always with such gratitude for her kindnesses. "One Day at a Time". Thankyou Eileen.

I was very sad to hear of Sister Eileen's death.The happiest years of my life were spent teaching in Glenmaroon. Some of these were during her time as Principal where she treated staff and pupils with respect and understanding, helped by her kindness, understanding and humour.May she rest in peace. I will be watching on Monday.

I had honour to have Meet Sr Eileen 43 years ago when she lived in North William St if remember rightly she was Sr Joseph we went every Friday to a charismatic prayer meeting in town. What a beautiful lady she has been ill for the last few years, no matter when I meat Her she always had a smile and a good word and she had a good sense of humour even in illness
I know she has heard the Savior say Come ye blessed of My Father and enter into the Kingdom which has been prepared for you from before the foundation of thee earth safe home and thank you
