I have very special memories of her in Paramount when we were so lucky enough to have spent time with her in November & as we were leaving back to lreland l was singing happy birthday as it was Sr Peggy's birthday,Sr Ellen came out dancing for joy. It was such a lovely send off. You are all in my thoughts and prayers this very sad and difficult time.

I will always have very fond memories of when my nephew Joseph and I stayed with Sr. Ellen in her convent in Paramount in August 2022. It was lovely to attend Sunday mass with her during that time and to see how loved she was by her local community. She made us feel very welcome during our stay.

It was also a pleasure to meet her once again on her most recent trip this year to Ireland. She was such a lovely and kind person and it was a joy to have met her. May she rest in peace.

Sr Ellen was a devout Catholic who practice her faith daily. I have fond memories of her many visits to Sonnagh over the years and I was privileged to have seen her on her last visit home.
