My prayers and sympathy to Sr Francesca's family, friends and community. I was fortunate enough to grow up with Sister in the Holy Family Parish in Swindon as well as being one of her first pupils in Holy Rood School in the Lawns. Her life was one of complete dedication to others through so many various ministeries. She had a very positive impact on my life and especially on how I developed as a teacher. A woman of so many talents which she tirelessly used to enrich the lives of so many. I thank God for the wonderful times I spent with her. May her soul enjoy eternal peace in the presence of God who she served so generously in life.
Sincere sympathy to Sr. Francesca's family, Presentation Sisters and her many friends in many places. I shared time at 560 Crumlin Rd with her when she returned for a break. But I also experienced the sense of loss in Holy Cross Girls' School and in Holy Cross Parish when she returned to the 'south' after her years dedicated to the children, to the liturgy and to the school . She was a remarkable woman. I thank God for her life of goodness and care for others. May Francesca rest in peace and sing with the angels in paradise.
