Deepest sympathy to all who mourn the passing of one of the kindest, compassionate and genuinely spiritual sisters that I have ever known and lived with. Her wise words are never forgotten and I ask her to intercede in Heaven for all of us left behind who are journeying through this transient life in the hope of eternal life in the presence of God.

What a treasure Josephine was! I had the privilege of living in community with Josephine at Naomh Brid in 2010-2011 whilst studying in Dublin. Josephine became my dearest friend; I have never met anyone like her before and nor will I again. She carried herself with grace and humility and was the embodiment of kindness and charity. Josephine touched my heart like no one has done before and she changed my life. I will miss her very much.
Josephine was close to God in life and I am thrilled that she is with her God now.

All the members of the New Springtime Community for Evangelisation send our deepest sympathies to the Religious Sisters of Charity on Sr. Josephine's passing. She did our very first 26-week New Evangelisation Certificate Course in 2013, with Srs. Christina Gorman and Pauline Campbell - a course we will always remember, as it led to our transfer to the Mary Aikenhead Centre in Donnybrook for all our subsequent meetings pre-Covid and we have the deepest affection for the RSCs since! May her gracious and gentle soul rest in peace. We will remember her in our prayer and have Fr. Pat celebrate Mass for her when we get back to our meetings in Donnybrook.
