My condolences to all Sr. Lelia's family and fellow Sisters of Mercy on Sr. Lelia's passing, RIP. IShe taught me in 6th class, and she taught me well! A strict but kind teacher to those who needed it.

Sr.Lelia was a charming , kindly, sincere Sr.of Mercy. She took her Vocation of being Merciful and compassionate very seriously .She loved being with those who found life or study a bit more difficult and she empowered, lifted up with di gnity but always so gently and quietly - no one noticed, no one was told.
Lelia saw teaching as nurturing giftedness and reminded her students of the responsibility to use those gifts to make the world a better place.
May your truthful and kindly soul rest in peace and joy. Lelia.

I was sorry to hear of Sister Lelias death . She taught me in 5th class in Nenagh and then I knew her as a colleague in the convent At all times she was gentle and kind ,after her long dedicated life may she now enjoy Eternal Rest
