Sr Magdalene was an advocate for community hospice care and community cancer care. Her work brought people together and created a legacy that will last.
He kindness shone through everything she did, with a drive and determination matched only by a few.
Donegal town is all the better for having her at the heart of care.
She has supported so many families over the years, including my own mother.
The welcoming committee in heaven will be a big one for her.

A wonderful woman- the Mercy ethos radiated throughout her life and so many were touched by her gentle kindness and care- from Galway to Donegal to Montana, USA and back again to Donegal.....a place that she loved.
Her friendship with the late Sr Raphael meant that we, in the Dillon family,met her often and we can attest to her great qualities in all that she did.

The Solace centre is Sr Magdalenes proud legacy and her knowledge and kindness there will be sadly missed by so many.
