Sorry to hear of the passing of Sr. Mairead , I have fond memories of her time in St. Agnes primary school in Crumlin when I was a pupil there and was lucky to share an evening with her and some other past students many years later and she was great company. I wish to convey my sympathy to the Sisters of Charity and Sr. Mairead's family on the death of your dear sister. Mairead was one of my best friends and we had met many years ago at Mount Oliver Catechetical Institute. Our friendship lasted all the years since 1977. We met up for holidays and travelled to different parts of Ireland. We shared prayers and experiences, joys and sorrows together. She was a loving, kind and generous person, and I shall miss her very much. May she rest in peace.
