I feel blessed to have been one of Sister Margaret's "girleens" all through secondary school in the Pres. She was a truly inspirational and caring teacher. Sister Paddy loved us and we loved her. After her retirement, we used to bump into each other in the main street bookshops and it was always a joy to accompany her on the walk back up to the convent. Her phenomenal memory and zest for life were awe-inspiring. Comhbhrón ó chroí dá clann agus dá cáirde ar Oileán Béara, ar fud an domhain agus do gach éinne in Ord na Toirbhearta. Leaba i measc na Naoimh dá hanam uasal.
Condolences to the Presentation Community and to Patrick and Brendan on the loss of Sr Margaret

Sincere sympathies to the Wexford Presentation Community, convent and school, and to the Sullivan family who have lost a wonderful mentor, role model and inspiration with the passing of Sr Margaret. She was so proud of her Wexford base but never lost sight of her West Cork roots. Following a 'not too formal' interview with Sr Margaret, I began work at the Presentation and have been very happy to live in Wexford since. She was the epitome of life long learning and continued to inspire even when she finished her teaching post. A legend! May she rest in peace.
Sincere sympathy to Sullivan family and Presentation Sisters. Great memories of chats re Bere Island.

Margaret is now with God in heaven and I am sure reunited with her Mam, Dad, Julia and her brothers and sisters who have gone before her.
We will all miss her very much.
She was inspirational in her witness to the Gospel throughout her entire life, which was one of prayer and reaching out to others in her ministry. She had a big heart, a great sense of humour and loved telling stories.. I enjoyed my visits to Bere Island with her and meeting so many of you coming there from all over the world on summer holidays. Her spirit is close to you now whether in Ireland, Australia America, England orThailand , . May she rest in peace. Until we meet again ...

Aunt Margaret you will be greatly missed by so so many. I will always treasure the wonderful memories of our visits to Bere Island over the years and more recently to the Presentation Convent. You were truly one of a kind with your endless stories and words of wisdom and of course your consistent positive attitude. I have no doubt that it was your unwavering faith that helped you view every situation optimistically and without worry. My mom who was 12 years younger said you were an amazing big sister to her and were always so kind and generous with all of the family. I know you are looking down on all our family, friends and loved ones now and smiling because that's what you always did.
