Sr. Marie Ryan

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Sr. Marie’s sudden passing. Such a beautiful lady who touched and helped so many people particularly when they were in distress. Leaba i measc na naomh.

It was with deep shock and sadness that I heard of Sr. Marie’s sudden passing. My deepest sympathies to her family and her religious family, especially Sisters Eucharia, Ann and Mary.

She was a lovely person and her kindness and humanity always shone through when we met. She served her vocation faithfully and lived out her Christian beliefs to the benefit of others, particular the community in West Clare. I have happy memories of her wit and sense of humour and of her being a good friend to my aunt Berna.

It was with shock and sadness that I learned of the sudden death of Sr. Marie. My deep sympathies to her family, her Religious Community especially Srs. Eucharia, Anne and Mary, and to the many people of Kilkee who called her 'friend'. I was sorry to be unable to attend her funeral as I was out of the Country. On her arrival in her heavenly home she will no doubt be greeted with the welcome "well done good and faithful servant". May it be so. Marie.
