We all growup in Church St. many families, all great friends & neighbours, and what a lively street it was then. Peggy was a beautiful person, gentle, kind & caring. Her Dad & Mom were great people, always willing to offer a helping hand in a time of need. Peggy & Her Family will never be forgotten, & has now joined her sisters Sheila, Eileen, brother Billy & their dear Mom & Dad in their Heavenly Home. May Her gentle Soul Rest in Peace & may Her memony be a blessing.

Deepest sympathies to the Luddy family. I was deeply saddened by the passing of Sr. Beatrice. I remember her with great fondness as a fun-loving and gentle soul. Peggy was very generous and kind person and had a heart of gold. She was a great friend to my mother. I had the privilege of meeting her when I brought my Mum to visit her in Nazareth house. May Peggy rest peacefully. A beautiful light reunited with God.

Our deepest sympathy on hearing of the loss of Sister Mary Beatrice (Peggy) RIP. Our condolences to Tommy, all her extended family,the Sisters of Nazareth & staff of Nazareth House.

We were very sad to hear this news. We had a mass card from Peggy for our own Dear Mother Mary Walker RIP, who sadly left us last December & who was her neighbour in Church St. She was a guest at Peggy's Jubilee Celebration some years ago along with many neighbours from Church St.
I have fond memories when as a child going to my Grandmother Walker in Church St., passing by Luddy's - the lovely smell of the leather, the banter & fun in Tom as he worked at his craft & the lovely kind Mrs. Luddy.
Another light gone out on the street this week.

We wish you peace & comfort at this sad & lonely time in your lives.

My best friend has gone home to God, I'm shocked and saddened to hear the news this morning. She rang me when admitted to hospital. I made a couple of enquiries about her progress and prayed for her recovery, but God had other plans. Rest in Eternal Peace Peggy, you deserve it. I'll remember with fondness now my trips to visit her in Dublin in the past. Deepest sympathy to her brother Tommy, sister in Law Margaret, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces. She loved you all dearly, I know that for sure. Sincere sympathy too to all the Sisters of Nazareth who were very good to her.

Sr Mary was my honorary Auntie Peggy, who always remembered me when she’d return from her travels to Australia and after, at every milestone, getting married, the birth of my children, the loss of my parents, so blessed to have had her on my side. RIP xxx
