My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to Sr Mary's mother and all her family and friends, it was with great sadness that I heard of Mary's passing, I have fond memories of studying Montessori with Mary in Dublin and sharing in the same accommodation. She was a lady inside and out, she was so caring, diligent and fun to be with. I will treasure her visit to me. May your gentle soul rest in peace Mary, heaven is a brighter place now xx 🙏

It brought me great sadness today when I heard that Sr Mary had passed away... I remember Mary fondly from when we studied Montessori Teaching together in Dublin. Mary was always such a great lady, always kind, caring and great fun to be with.

Mary’s gentleness combined with unwavering strength in complete service to others to creation and to God is a powerful example to us all. May she now rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus.🙏🏻

It is so sad that someone of Mary's calibre was firstly asked to carry a very heavy cross of suffering and then to be taken so suddenly from her family, friends and all those who had benefited from her skills.
I would like to sympathise with her mother, Patsy, her sister Anne, her brothers and all the members of her extended family. I hope they will find comfort and reassurance in the support of one another and their many, many well-wishers.
Mary was very attached to all of the natural world so all who mourn her might find some consolation in a book entitled, "12 Birds To Save Your Life; Nature's Lessions in Happiness"
In the Introduction, the author talks about how a reinvigorated love of the natural world - in particular its birds - helped him to recover from the death of his mother.
May Mary now enjoy her final resting place with the angels and saints. AB
