Sr. Teresa Shannon

Heartbroken to hear about the very sad passing of dear Teresa. Our deepest sympathies to all of her close family, friends and to the Little Sisters. Teresa will be dearly missed. She was so warm of spirit and so warm, kind and thoughtful. She said her sad goodbye to all of her dear sisters and brothers and is now reunited with them in heaven. I met Sr Teresa many year ago at a course we did together. She was a kind, jolly and warm souI. After many years, I am really sad to hear she had gone to God. Then again, her life was one of service to God and to others. Rest in Peace Sr. Teresa.

I was so sorry to hear of the Death of Sr. Teresa. Before the Covid, I used to love calling to see her on my trips to Cork. After the Covid, I have only had the pleasure of meeting her again on only one occasion. She was always such a wonderful person. I would have known her over the years as well as her brother - Br. Aloysius - and 2 of her sisters - Sr. Brid & Sr. Mary. The Shannon Families and the Little Sisters of the Assumption are, and will be, especially in my prayers. God bless.
