RIP Sr Theresa. She was my 1st grade teacher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. She was a huge presence in my life during my time at OLMC and long after.

Oh I am so sorry to hear about Sr Theresa. I remember her as a child in Elementary/Jr High at Our Lady of Mt Carmel in Berlin NJ. She was always so full of life and loved to play her guitar and sing for God. Which I am sure she is doing in Heaven. I pray for the Sisters of Mercy who have lost a dear friend and sister. I pray for her family and extended friends. Sr Theresa thank you for being a part of my childhood and young adult. I take what I learned from you in my daily life with my own family. May the Lord and Bless you and hold you in the palm of his hands.

I taught with Sister Theresa for 34 years in New Jersey and I loved her very much. She frequently blessed my son's ears because he had many ear infections. Because of Sister Theresa I sing at Mass even though very few people in my Church do. She said, "When you sing, you pray twice." May the angels take you to paradise, Sister." My deepest sympathy to her family.

Sr. Theresa was my first grade teacher at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She was also my piano teacher and our family had a close relationship with her. The last time I saw her was when she attended my grandfather’s funeral in 1999. She was such a lovely, kind, and caring person. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. My sincerest condolences to all of Sr. Theresa's family and friends. She was my first grade teacher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in the 70s. I will never forget her. I was able to see her again years later at the 50th anniversary of OLMC. She said she remembered me and I'm not sure if that was a good or bad thing LOL. We had a great class throughout the 8 years there and she got us set on the right track from the get go. She was a great lady! May she rest in peace.

I will always cherish my memories of the many years that Sr. Theresa and I taught together at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School. She was my loving and supportive friend and colleague. Sister's warmth and kindness extended to all she met: her students, their parents, teachers and our families, as well as the parish community that she served tirelessly. We were all so richly blessed by our time with her. May she rest in peace.

My sincere sympathy to Paddy and all the families, relatives, friends and to her Religious Community, The Sisters of Mercy. I have known Sr. Tessie since she was present at my ordination to the Priesthood at the Pallottine College, Thurles in June 1969. I enjoyed the lovely visits to Carron every Summer when the 4 Sisters came together for their holidays. She was completely dedicated to her ministry as a Religious Sister for so many years in Berlin, New Jersey. It was a privilege to have known her over all these years. No doubt Tessie and Brother Tom and all the deceased family members are now reminiscing about those days together in Carron. I will celebrate Mass for the happy repose of Sr. Theresa's soul tomorrow at 11 am.
The Song may have ended but the melody lingers on. Requiescat in Pace.

Sr Theresa was such a lovely caring lady. I loved meeting her at bridge. She loved the game. She was very spiritual and always remembered her bridge friends in her prayers. May she rest in peace.
