My deepest sympathy to the Presentation nuns and to the Canavan family. Sr Pius taught my daughter and was well liked. I have fond memories of meeting St Pius and the other nuns when we were all on Holiday in West Cork.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Sr. Pius passing. She was my 2nd Class teacher during the 90s at the Presentation Primary School, Clonmel. She taught me knitting and to have excellent handwriting, singing and Irish. A different world then. I have always remembered her fondly. May she rest in peace.
