I was privileged to work with her for many years at Lilly Kinsale, where she was widely admired and respected on a professional level and held in great affection for her warm and gentle personality. I am so saddened to hear of Stella's passing. My heartfelt condolences to the Gallagher and Griffin families. Stella and I attended Cork RTC (now MTU) studying Chemical Engineering together, sharing accomodation and many laughs over the years there. I always remember how friendly and welcoming she was, even to a Mayo student like me living in Cork at the time... true to her nature, open and kind, with a great smile and contagious laugh. May she Rest in Peace.
