All who had the privilege of having her in our lives are extremely lucky as she was truly a classy gentle lady, a great mother to her beloved children whom she adored and of course grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was wonderful to see you all travel from far away to pay your respects and is a testament of your love for her, she would be so proud of you all. Stephanie Susan and Alan you were incredible carers to your dear mom over the years, you worked tirelessly looking after her every week for seven years to keep her in her own home, along with the wonderful carers who cared for her so well in her home. In spite of very difficult periods in your lives, you kept going with the support of Larry, Pat and Bernie, she would be so proud of you as I am, well done you are brilliant daughters and son. Right till the end the mass was beautiful and Stephanie and Alan your words were a tribute to the passing of a lovely lady whom I loved, Rest in peace Mrs Smith. Mairead Nick and Tom x

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you all on the passing of Stephanie. We were so privileged and blessed to live next door to Stephanie in Maynooth for over twenty years.
Stephanie radiated all the fruits of the Holy Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Her virtues seeped over the wall and into our lives and the lives of our children. We will be forever grateful.
Maynooth community was also all the better for having one so special. She touched the hearts of all she met.
