A happened to be in Guinness Medical Centre yesterday and met an ex colleague who informed me of Stephens recent passing. I was deeply shocked. Stephen started working in Guinness with me in 1977. A group of us young boys were taken on at the time after many years of no new employees. I can still see a young quiet Stephen in our group. Over the years I would bump into him in the Brewery and we always had a good chat. I would see more of his brother Desi and always asked after Stephen. I had the height of respect for Stephen and am so sorry and shocked to hear of his passing. Please accept my deepest condolences. There was just that something special about him that I will never forget.
Yours most sincerely.
