Really sorry to hear this sad news about Stauvie; a great character and a really top guy.
My deepest condolences to all the family.

I was also really saddened to read in the notice that my old buddy Vinny had passed away.
Myself and Vinny were great mates in the late 70’s and early 80’s and before Vinny headed off to Jersey. So many great memories from back in the day and really sorry that we hadn’t caught up in recent times as planned.

Rest in peace guys, you’ll both be sadly missed.

I left milltown about 50 years ago but have fond memories of the Devereux family having worked with Vinny and Greg and played darts with Stauvie.

Heartbroken and saddened are the only words I can find,Stephie was such a big part of our lives growing up in Milltown,and always had a smile and a word everytime I,d meet him,a great friend of my brother Tom!!May they all rest in perfect peace.Stephen,s presence will be missed so much.
