Stephan was such a kind caring young man. He was always so helpful and considerate out in Offaly Rowing Club. He always had a smile on his face and was always ready to give a hand when needed. He supported me so much my final year as a junior rower, coming out for early morning sessions with me, going along on the bank, helping me carry my boat in, sparring me on the water (we had some fun competitive pieces together) he was an amazing friend, these are times I will not forget. He always did this so willingly and was always so supportive. His loving smile, his compassionate nature and his friendly aura will be severely missed. Sending my sincere sympathies to his family at this time. May he rest in Peace

I am so so sorry to hear about Stephen. I was supervising his dissertation that he was working on with Innopharma. He was a bright student with a strong plan for his research and I am sure he would have made a great success of his MSc. I knew he was ill but his death is such a big shock and I am sure you are all devastated. Thinking of you at this very sad time.
