My sincere sympathy to you, Elaine, and your family on the very sudden and sad passing of your beloved Stephen.
I have really got to know him at our weekly gatherings where I always enjoyed his company. He would sit back and listen to others and suddenly. with a twinkle in his eye, throw in a slightly controversial statement, sit back and enjoy the reactions.
He was certainly a most learned and articulated man on any subject. A family man to his core and also passionate about cricket and Munster Rugby.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
