My sincere condolences to Stephen's family & friends. My late husband Mick Kelly was Stephen's first officer in the A.F.S. When the search & rescue section was started Stephan was at the ready to participate as he was in all aspects of Civil Defence. I know my husband could always rely on Stephan to be at the ready. Our kids grew up knowing Stephan & we could always rely on his Christmas day phone calls. He was a very loyal person & always had a happy greeting for you. He will be a sad loss to Civil Defence & all those that knew him.
