I am so sorry to hear of Stephens passing.

My thought are with the Kelly family.

Deepest condolences to the whole Kelly clan. I only met cousin Stephen a handful of times, but enough to know he was a gentleman and a quality addition to the family. Grateful for all the good he brought to the world in his time. That positivity will continue, like the growing branches of a tree. Safe travels buddy. 🙏 ❤️

Ste, you only asked a few months ago when I’m next back for a pint of Guinness, I would never have known it would have been our last one together. So for that I am truly sorry I never came back. There was never a dull moment with you, only ever fun and laughter. No matter where I was going, or what pub I was drinking in I knew if you were there I was in for the Craic. You are a true legend Ste and will be forever missed. I will always love you & cherish our memories together. Rest in Peace big man, I still can’t believe it, taken far too young. One day we will have that Guinness again.

To Emma and all Stephens family I am so sorry for your loss. Myself and Steve’s friendship spanned over 34 years. I am proud to say I knew him. He was my saviour when I was low in college and I will always be grateful to him for that. He made me laugh like no other person has, then or since. Few people have had an impact on my life like him, the first and greatest Mayo man I have ever known (even if they have not won an all ireland!) I will remember the dry whit proceeded by that quiet chuckle where you knew a skit was coming. His passing is a great loss to the world as he was a beacon among men. Steve the model, Steve the instigator of mischief, Steve my life long friend may you find eternal peace. Sleep well my friend I will always remember you.

I will miss the banter we always had in "YNWA family" chat. You telling me to stop repeating Lee Dixon. I'll miss you sending on pictures of every beer garden in Liverpool and Mayo. Thanks for all the laughs and you will live on through the banter that we'll keep going. It won't be at the same level without you but Mayo lads don't know when to give up. Steve, what can i say, almost 30 years of friendship and seeing each other through all sorts of turmoils. I'll especially miss your daily whatsapps, usually giving me grief about spurs poor performance. Stephen, it was an honour and a privilege to not only have known you but also to have been your brother.
