So sorry to hear of Stephen’s passing...he will be sadly missed on events with The Celtic Old Vehicle Owners Club, in his Citroen 2CV Pickup.
A character has left us.

So sorry to hear about Stephen’s death - he will be sadly missed on our COVOC car runs . We are particularly sad that under current restrictions we were unable to give Stephen the send off he deserved .
