Sincere condolences to Stephen's family. Lovely and warm memories of a charming and lovely man and the sweetest little boy with a disarming smile. It will be difficult to imagine a world without Stephen but it was a privilege to know him and my sympathies and thoughts are with you all at this sad and tragic loss.
