Stephen, you didn't know our family but we knew and worried about you often, especially during the snow. We were already missing you around the village before we heard you had left. Our thoughts are with your family. May you rest in peace.

Stephen was a kind individual with a heart of gold. Its just an awful pity he didnt see the goodness in himself.

I will never forget those piercing blue eyes when I would arrive off the bus in portmarnock and he was there nearly to greet you.

My sincere sympathy to Stephens daughter and Family, may he rest in peace. First time I met Stephen was in Portmarnock when I had a puncture., bout 10 yrs ago, he came to my assistance, I already had help on the way and thanked him, used to see him in Malahide after that and I always spoke to him, to me he was a kind man and very mannerly..Hes at peace now forever.. The Light of Heaven to him...Marian Malahide resident...
