So sad to hear of your passing. I will always have good memories, as we work together in platin, then later in the station. A very gentle courteous man. A pleasure knowing you. R.I.P. Stephen
It is with deepest shock and sadness i received the news that my friend Stephen has passed away. Stephen was a gentleman and a gentle character who worked hard on the ex G.N.R. at Drogheda Station for 50yrs. I have an interest in railway history and Stephen filled me in with some great anecdotes on railway life and characters. Stephen was also great at general knowledge and was a great judge of character. A light has gone out in my life. I offer Stephens Family my sincere condolences and I also offer my sincere sympathy to all of Stephens colleagues in Irish Rail Drogheda. Light of Heaven Stephen, Rest in peace

On behalf of St. Mary's Parish Adoration Committee, we extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Stephen and his devoted colleagues at Irish Rail, who cared for him as one of their own.

Stephen was a man of deep faith, embodying the Christian spirit in his weekly appointment at Eucharistic Adoration and his stewardship at the weekly novena to St Anthony at St Peters and his readiness to offer a smile or a helping hand to anyone in need. A true disciple of Christ, may Stephen's gentle soul rest in peace.
