I was deeply saddened to hear of Susan's passing. I didn't know her very well but whenever I met her she was always smiling and happy. Her brightness is memorable and I'm sure she will be remembered always. If there's one thing I'll remember Susan for from our family gathering's it is to smile widely! Rest in Peace. xx

When the kids woke this morning, I sat them down and told them the story of their very brave cousin: about her long battle with illness, about how hard she fought, about her strength of character, about her awesome smile, about the way she’d look at you with those sparkling intelligent eyes, about her wicked sense of humour, about her inspirational courage. About all the reasons why she stayed with us as long as she did touching so many people who were blessed to know her.
