I’m deeply saddened to hear this news. Susan was such a beautiful ,kind & elegant lady. Condolences to her family & her many friends.
I have fantastic memories of my time in beauty college that will stay with me for life.Herself and Margaret (the dynamic duo )always had a wonderful way of calming us while showing encouragement and support …and it didn’t end when we graduated!

It was always a pleasure to meet Susan in Kilkenny-she was such lovely company- good humoured, interesting and attentive. Over twenty years ago I attended Kilkenny College of Beauty and subsequently taught alongside Susan. She was a remarkable lady; elegant, vibrant, witty and kind. Susan contibuted significantly to Beauty Therapy education, those who studied with her quickly learned the value of great training, for that I am very grateful.

I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Susan’s sudden passing a few days ago. I first met her almost 20 years ago through her dear friend Theresa McGrath in Mayo, and had the pleasure of meeting her on many occasions since.

Susan was a warm, graceful, and bubbly person. She had a natural ease and charm that made everyone feel truly listened to, welcomed, and valued.

Friendship; Susan, Theresa, and Colette shared a rare and special bond — three steadfast friends who were always there for one another, no matter the distance or time between them. I always loved seeing the dynamic between the three friends when they were together — honesty, humour, loyalty and deep respect at the heart of every exchange. Their friendship was unwavering.....

My heartfelt condolences to Susan’s family and extended family, to Theresa and Colette, and to all who knew and loved her. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Very sad news indeed. My condolences to Susan's family and friends. Susan and I were classmates and deskmates in primary school in Goresbridge, and neighbours and good friends in Barraghcore. Some years ago we met again in Kilkenny and chatted a lot about those happy times we had together as children.

Very sorry to hear of Susan’s passing. I was a former student of Susan’s at the Kilkenny school of beauty therapy back in 2003. Susan took great pride in the school, its reputation and her ability, alongside her colleagues in presenting skilled graduates to the profession. Although I left the beauty trade some years ago, the skills I was taught are still used in my current position which I will be forever grateful for. I’m sure she will be very missed by all who knew her. My sincere condolences to all her family and friends. God rest her soul.
