She and your dear mother arriving with you 3 to number 44 was always a big event in our house. Our mother would have us running to the shop to buy sliced ham for the sandwiches! Suzanne was glamorous, great craic and always entertaining. A light has gone out in Cahir on her passing. RIP Suey

She was also a great colleague, loyal, straight talking and meticulous in everything she did. She demanded perfection always; in our shabby staff room in the old Tech, the table was always set properly - no milk cartons allowed! She raised standards for all of us and she leaves a void.

So many fond memories, including her visits to Rye New York in the 1980's, and our visit to the Phoenix Park together in 1979 to see Pope John Paul II.
