I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful, amazing Dad. He was such a kind, loving, and special person. All my thoughts and prayers are with you, and of course your lovely mum, Garrett, Jean, Alan and Conor, at this tough time.
I will always treasure his love and kindness. From childhood memories of him saying “naughty table” when we bumped into one, giving us a Pound for sweets, wholeheartedly playing along with our play radio station, to our teenage years of him rescuing us with middle-of-the-night lifts after discos. Syl was always so gentle, and kind, always with his accepting welcoming loving smile.
Syl was a true “gentleman,” devoted husband, loving father, and an all-around good person. The love he had for your dear mum, and all your family, was beautiful to witness. He loved you so much Keeva, that beautiful incredible precious bond you have with him, will remain. The love you had for each other, will never fade and will always be with you forever. What a life well lived. Syl's legacy will live on.
