Tadg and I grew up together in Mallow,
And we used run at 7am in the Mallow Town park every morning. We always remained the best of friends, even when parted by the places in the USA
And Canada where I moved to. Condolences to his loving Family.

Sincere sympathy to the Twomey family on the untimely passing of your Dad, Tadhg. Having raced with Tadhg in MSB and against him in BHAA, we had many great days competing together. He was fiercely competitive but when the race over, he was great fun to be with. A proud Cork man but he made allowances for his neighbours from the Kingdom!

So sorry to hear of Tadhg’s passing, he was a stalwart of Metro St Brigid for so many years. Tadhg loved racing and no matter what race you went to Tadhg always seemed to be there and usually in the week before a race down the country Tadhg would be on to know if we could get a team together.
Tadhg was a gentleman in every sense of the word, always in good humour with a kind word for everyone and fun to be with.
His like will not be seen again, ar dheis De go raibh a n-anam.
