Ah, I was so sorry to hear Ted had been ill but I’m glad he’s at peace now. I’m very sad for all his siblings though and I send you all my love and deepest sympathies as I know he will be very much missed.. he was such a lovable and unique character.

If you ever wanted to get stationary you needed to visit after Liverpool won! Ted was one of the first people I met when I joined FNBS, and I am privileged to have shared many trips, pints and laughs with him over the years. Rest easy Ted, thanks for the memories

What a character ted was! I was shocked and saddened to hear of his premature passing. He was always game for a laugh, a drink in punchbowl and a chat about sport! Way to his heart and the stationary supplies in FNBS was a chat about football on a Monday if his team won on the Saturday !
Will always have fond memories of him. Rest in peace Ted.

I was very sorry to hear about Ted today - what a legend and shared so many great memories especially from our times in FNBS & FA in particular. I tried my best in vain to raid his stationary dept but unfortunately he was always too good. We had some great trips abroad to the rugby and beyond and of course the punchbowl - great times forever etched of which Ted will always be a part of.

It is with great sadness to hear of the news of the passing of Ted whom we have known since childhood when my parents house was full of friends every w/e long before mobile phones when people had to call for one another to go out.
