Our parents, Phyllis and Jim Turner, shared those summer months with the Boyle family - talking and laughing together. Terry was a friend and they were very fond of him.

So heartbreaking and puzzling to bid farewell to the most wonderful uncle - generous, genius, whirlwind, poco moco, honky tonk, king of hugs, irrepressible beacon of effervescent energy, music, kindness, laughter and love - so grateful he passed peacefully in the middle of this unprecedented muddle among such epic beings - his family - our family. So sorry now for thinking he would always be there but he was that kind of titan of courage, forbearance and humour. He passed through a chink in the doorway of dignity. His memory is immortal diamond - never to be diluted or deleted .... and he gave the shadow the slip. well played, Terry. We really did think you’d be with us forever. if you really must go, I hope you warm up those keys upstairs - get that party started xx all our love to Pat, David, Terence, Lisa, Kevin and your partners, kids, in-laws, families and friends ... Terence will be sorely missed by all of us and especially his best friend and brother our dad, George. Best wishes for healing and some way to make sense of it all from George, Mikey, Zoe and Siena ... virtual hugs with fierce real ones to follow. xxx
