Deepest Sympathy on the death of your Dad Terry. He was an absolute pleasure to know and a good friend. I loved to see him wave in the window as he passed the shop in the mornings. He would always stick the head in for a chat too when printing off some photos! He will be truly missed. May he RIP x x x

Only two weeks ago I helped my daughter Kathy hang concert photos that Terry gave her when he learned she was a very young rock guitarist. She was telling me that over the years their paths would cross at Gigs and he always greeted her by her name and a big smile. That was Terry.. Sláinte my friend... may you rest peacefully. To the nicest Uncle you could ever ask for. Such happy memories of our parents bringing us to Ringsend and Geraldine would make a gorgeous stew and we'd all get fizzy orange in Sally O'Briens and Mam and Dad would be having the crack. So few people make you feel as welcome and loved as they did. Thank you for being so kind and great fun, and thank you for taking all the beautiful photos of us. Without you the photos would be few and far between. A genuinely lovely man who we were blessed to call Uncle. See you on the other side Terry xxx

RIP Terry...all who knew him in the Irish Times back in the day will remember his double act with Dick Butler RIP. I was never quite sure which one was the straight man.He taught me a lot and left me with a lifetimes love of photography. A decent man.

I was so sorry to hear that Terry died. He was such a kind colleague to me in my earliest days in The Irish Times and it was always lovely to have the company of a down-to-earth, witty Ringsender. What a beautiful photographer he was, a great character and so much fun. Thinking of all his family and friends today.
