Teresa has left a big void in my life after 64 years of friendship, but she will be forever in my thoughts & in my heart ❤️. There are so many 'ifs' & 'I wish'....but that's life. I will always remember T, that's what I called her as my beautiful red head, rebellious, courageous, caring loving friend & I will cherish the happy memories we made forever...& I will never forget her beautiful smile. Sincere sympathy to Sandra and to Teresa's family. Teresa was a committed and enthusiastic volunteer with Home-Start (Loughrea and Athenry) circa 2008 to 2013. Teresa helped to support parents with young children through weekly home visits and family groups and was appreciated for her friendliness, her sense of humour and her ability to empathise with people who were going through difficult times.
It was always lovely to meet Teresa in the intervening years and to chat with her on the phone. May she rest in peace.
