So sorry to hear of Teresa’s passing. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
We go back almost 40 years when Teresa came to Dublin periodically to stay in Aunt Lizzie’s B&B. We became wonderful friends. She was a gifted lady and supplied Brown Thomas /Arnotts / Kilkenny design with her exquisite crochet & knitted garments - the reason for her Dublin visits.
A fun & animal loving person who was so proud of her beloved neighbourhood & county.
She spoke regularly of her parents, the shop & neighbours. She had a fantastic memory and so knowledgeable. When telling of any event she left nothing out and told it as it was!
She didn’t look any older now from the first time we met her.
We will miss the chats, letters, meet-ups and reason to travel to Cork.
May the light of heaven shine on her and her Mam & Dad today.

Teresa had a warm personality and a unique sense of humour which made people feel at ease in her presence. She was a lovely woman and she will be sadly missed in the townland of Farranbrien.
