My sincere sympathies to Teresa's family and friends. It was always a joy to meet with Teresa and I have very fond memories of her both from my time of growing up in Ennis and later in life when I used to meet her in the Cathedral. A lady who embraced life and shared it with others. May she grace the halls of heaven with her joy and warmth.

Sincere condolences to James and all of Teresa’s relatives on her sad passing. From the cradle Teresa and Frank filled my life and may I say, many others with understanding and life long memories. In summer the VW Beetle or the West Clare Railway invaded Lahinch packed with most, if not all, the young of Highfield Park. Baskets of freshly baked cakes, sandwiches etc included. Politics serenely cradled between Lyon’s and Honan’s Pubs on either side of the Square. Teresa, in your passing Ennis has lost a person who was one in a million, may you rest in peace tender-hearted soul.

Teresa was a wonderful colleague at Respond Voluntary Housing Association. Her baking skills were legendary and her apple tarts were greatly appreciated at the end of management meetings.

We always enjoyed great conversation, stories and many laughs, during Sunday lunch in the Temple Gate. She was a lady of style and compassion and will be sadly missed by all who were lucky enough to call her a friend.

Teresa was a very special lady. My deepest sympathies to James, Valerie, Jeff, the Mathews family and all extended family. Teresa worked with my Mum in Dublin. When my parents moved to Ennis they had ready made friends through Teresa and their connection with Shannon and Ballygireen. As I am away I will be unable to attend Teresa’s funeral but, will be with you in spirit. Teresa is now reunited with Frank and family.
