Teresa was spoken of so fondly in our household by my dear aunts and Dad RIP, as was Lillie. They remained treasured neighbours, never losing that link with home. On the passing of my aunt Mary Doheny in 2021, I recall the most beautiful condolence that Teresa sent. “May you rest in peace dear Mary - my childhood friend of so many years ago. Time passes, but memories remain. In iothlann De go gcasfar sinn.”
May Teresa’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace in her heavenly home, reunited with John, her family and her many many friends.

Having know Teresa all my life, as a loyal friend of my late mother- two great Galway women who were so proud of their native county.They always believed that the formidable stones of their faith foundation were rooted there.It was always so uplifting to visit Teresa and Gerard in their warm and welcoming home in Mount Talbot. So many lovely memories.
