Like so many here, I had the pleasure of being taught by Ms. McCole in Scoil Mhurie, Trim . Always full of energy, kindness, fun and patience. She was a remarkable educator and inspiration. May she Rest In Peace. Condolences to all her family.

Our sincere condolences to all family and friends of Teresa McCole. Such a sad day when our lovely Teresa passed away. We were lucky enough to be part of her and Colm’s family when Jennifer and Feilim married. We shared our gorgeous grandsons , Cillian and Rory. Spending time with her was always precious- whether it was Easter, Christmas or just a shopping trip with, of course, coffee and cake. She was always smiling, fun to be with, encouraging and loving. Having absolutely no interest in maths, I somehow found myself in Mrs McCole's honours maths class (for about a week!) Although I never did quite get a grasp of what was going in during that 40 minute period in Room 16, I will forever remember Mrs McCole's kindness, sense of humour, and compassion for her students. Mrs McCole's Leaving Cert mantra will always be remembered (and quoted to those of the younger generation) "Marks will be given for presentation of work!" Rest in Peace, Mrs McCole.

My sincere condolences to Teresa's family and extended family at this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of visiting Teresa weekly for many years as a former Age Well volunteer. It was a privilege to visit Teresa and she was always so thankful for the visit. We enjoyed many cups of tea and biscuits. She loved to talk style and from looking at photos she was an extremely stylish lady. She had great faith and was a very compassionate lady and generous to the needy. I loved my time visiting her and I am very sad to hear of her passing. She truly has a high place in heaven. Rip Teresa.
