The most glamorous and charismatic aunt anyone could ever wish for. Her beautiful personality will be painfully missed. My love to John, Michael John Bob and Sally and to all the Ring family. RIP

I’m so sorry to hear this news.
I worked with Teresa in St. Michael’s.
She was a fabulous and beautiful woman.
Whip smart and so talented.
Such a dedicated teacher.
In more recent years our paths crossed again.
Teresa was kind and sincere and could see through nonsense a mile away. Above all, her family were center stage in her heart and in her life.

She enriched many lives, set a high bar professionally and gave generously of her wonderful talents.

Miss Ring taught me maths and english from 78-82 at St Michaels Omeath. To me she was the best teacher in the school. She drilled Patrick Kavanagh into us: “and the newness that was in every stale thing when we looked at it as children, the spirit-shocking wonder in a black slanting ulster hill or the prophetic astonishment in the tedious talking of an old fool will awake for us and bring you and me to the yard gate to watch the whins and the bog-holes, cart-tracks, old stables where time begins” - words I will never forget, thank you.
